Michael C. Doyle, Vice President - Independent Director Services

Mike graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives International. Except for a three year break to serve in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam, Mike’s experience has been in the financial services sector. His career includes Haskins & Sells, CPAs in Houston, Financial Controller for J.P. Morgan in Houston, Miami, Los Angeles and Delaware, and several years as a manager of Independent Director services.

Gregory Harrison, Vice President- Accounting

Greg received his B.S. in finance from University of Delaware and a B.S. in accounting from Nova Southeastern University.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Since joining the firm in 2003, Greg has championed numerous internal projects and helped streamline the acquisition and internal dissemination of client information. He was named Vice President - Accounting and Controller in 2006.  Greg has more than 8 years of experience working in the private sector and specializes in servicing the accounting requirements of the firm's Delaware Investment Holding Company clients.
