Joan L. Yori, Vice President - Client Services

Joan has attended the University of Delaware and, most recently, obtained her Paralegal Certificate from there. Joan has more than 25 years banking experience in the areas of Corporate Custody, Audit and related financial services. Most recently, Joan was Vice President of Griffin Corporate Services assuming responsibilities as an employee, officer, and/or director of many of their more complex relationships.

Francis B. Jacobs II, Vice President - Client Services

Fran received his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Fran has more than 30 years of experience in the Delaware Investment Holding Companies. Fran most recently served as Vice President of Griffin Corporate Services assuming the responsibilities as an employee, officer and/or director of many of their clients. Previously, Fran has served as Vice President and Manager of Institutional Trust (which included Charitable Trusts and Investment Custody Accounts) for First Fidelity Bank as well as worked for Wilmington Trust Company in various capacities. He is also on several boards and committees of charitable organizations.
